Our Optimal team knows first hand that consistency and guidance are key to reaching your goals! Our Goal Specific Programs do exactly that!

Our programs include 4, 7, 8 and 28 day programs that are goal specific and use custom selected content to help you reach your goal. Each session ranges from 10-30 minutes in length to make it easy to move every day of the week.

Our programs are free for all Optimal users, simply decide on the goal you’d like to start with and follow along with each daily video. A list of all of our programs are below and you can add them to your account anytime from your Optimal portal.

7 Nights to Better Sleep

This 7 night mindfulness series is specially designed to promote better, more restful sleep.  Our coaches guide you through everything from the ideal space set up, breathing techniques and more!  Each session is only 10-20 minutes in length and can be completed in bed with your eyes closed.

Make low back pain a thing of the past with these 7 low back pain focused stretch breaks to release tension and pain in the low back and hips.  These sessions are great for anyone that works in an office.  Come as you are as these sessions are ‘no sweat’ and can be done in any attire.  Each sessions is only 15 minutes in length.

4 Day Home Office Set Up

The right home office set up makes a world of difference!  This quick 4 day series covers topics such as chair and desk selection and set up, energy management and more.  Join our Ergonomics Specialist as he guides you through these quick, 8-12 minute sessions for a more productive and less taxing work day.

7 Days of Zen

7 Days of Zen

Enjoy 7 days of custom selected LIV Zen yoga classes.  These sessions range from traditional hatha flow sessions to more athletic yoga to offer you a mix of fitness and rejuvenation!  Each class is at most 30 minutes long so they fit right into anyone’s day.

Balance - A Mindfulness Series

Balance - A Mindfulness Series

Balance is life is important but so difficult to find.  Our mindfulness expert Paul guides you through 8 days of sessions that explore balance at work, at home, and with yourself!  All sessions are no longer than 2o minutes and can be done anywhere and at anytime.

14 Days of Legs

14 Days of Legs

Give your legs some attention with this 14 day leg program.  It includes a mix of strength and barre classes as well as some strategic rest days that include no sweat stretch breaks.  We’ll hit your thighs, glutes and core over the 14 days.

Total Fitness Plan

Total Fitness Plan

Need a complete plan?  This 28 day Total Fitness Plan has you covered.  Strength, cardio, toning, core and flexibility are all built into this program.  Each session is no longer than 30 minutes so it will fit into anyone’s day!

Some workouts in our programs require light hand weights.  You can use household objects such as cans, jugs, etc., if hand weights are not available.

All of these programs are at no extra charge and available through the Optimal member portal.
