Our programs include 7 and 28 day programs that are goal specific and use custom selected on demand fitness videos to help you reach your goal. Each workout is approximately 30 minutes in length to make it easy to move every day of the week.

Our programs are free for all Optimal users, simply decide on the goal you’d like to start with and follow along with each daily video.

Looking for a quick blast for your arms? This 7 day program includes arms, shoulders, chest and back as well as stretching sessions to help keep you limber and feeling great!

Quick Glutes

Make your glutes and lets the main focus this week with 7 days of Glutes! We’ve also added in some lower body stretching to keep you moving!

Quick Abs

7 days of ab, oblique and low back toning – yes please! We’ve complimented the burning with stretches to help your low back feel just as good as your abs will feel!

28 Day Total Body Toning

Focus on toning your arms, legs and core with a combination of cardio, strength and core sessions.

28 Day Weight Loss

Optimize your calorie burn with a mix of cardio and core sessions. Consider adding Nutritional Coaching to compliment your weight loss journey!

28 Day Core Toning

Tone your core and slim your waist with a combination of cardio and core focused workouts.

Some workouts in our programs require light hand weights.  You can use household objects such as cans, etc., if hand weights are not available.
