Mission:Virtual is a 2 week virtual health and wellness challenge designed for everyone in mind – whether you have access to a fitness facility or are getting active at home.

What services are included in the Mission:Virtual challenge?
To assist you in your mission, the following resources have been made available to you. They can be accessed through the Optimal portal and app. All activities will aid you in earning points.
Live Weekly Check In Sessions
To assist you in your mission, you are encouraged to attend weekly live check in sessions with LIV North. Sessions will take place on Monday’s at 11:00 am ET and will be a chance to discuss the weekly tasks, strategize success techniques and more!
Live Streaming and On Demand Group Fitness Classes
You will have access to 3 live streaming group fitness classes a week and over 30 on demand fitness classes with more added weekly. Live classes take place Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 12:15pm ET, on demand classes can be accessed at anytime!
You will have access to live and one demand sessions through the Optimal platform and app. Live sessions take place Monday-Thursday. View the schedule link below for exact class times each day.
Daily stretch breaks are a great way to relieve sore, achy muscles without breaking a sweat. On demand stretch breaks are available as well scheduled Monday-Friday at 2:00 pm ET. View the schedule at the link below.
Along with our on demand stretch breaks, we also offer some specific programing such as a 7 day Low Back Pain Release series, also available for you to try.
Small Group Training
As a group you will train with your competitors and a LIV North trainer. These sessions differ from group fitness class as they are more customizable and scalable to you and can utilize any equipment you may have at home. Sessions are available on Tuesdays at 1:30 pm ET and Thursdays at 12:30 pm ET.p>
Whether working home, the office or on the go, having the right set up is a must. Individual virtual ergonomic assessments can help reduce strains, pains, headaches and more! A one on one session with a LIV North staff member is included in the Mission:Virtual challenge and can be booked with our staff once the challenge has started.
